Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, to appoint Kendra Wright as Deputy Minister, Indigenous Affairs of the Intergovernmental and Indigenous Affairs Secretariat, in an acting capacity, effective November 14, 2019, with salary at Step 25 on the 1988 Point Scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply, and with benefits to include payment of annual practice fees in the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador.
