Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, to appoint Robyn Hayes as Assistant Deputy Minister, Corporate and School Infrastructure of the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development, in an acting capacity, effective November 18, 2019, with salary at Step 16 on the 1312 Point Scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply, and with a position description to be forwarded to the Human Resource Secretariat for classification within one year of the date of her appointment, the outcome of which is to place her, retroactive to her date of appointment, at the salary step that is closest to, without being less than, the salary at which she has been appointed.
