Under the authority of subsection 4(5) or 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, as determined by the Minister of Transportation and Works following consultation with the Department of Natural Resources and CHC Helicopters International Inc., the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the extension of the lease of storage space occupied by the Department of Natural Resources in the CHC Building, St. John’s International Airport, NL on either a month to month basis or a fixed term up to June 30, 2006 under the same terms and conditions, either at the existing rental rate of $34,200.00 annually pursuant to subsection 4(5) of the Public Tender Act or at an increased rental rate no greater than 15% of the existing rental rate pursuant to subsection 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, with any rate increase being sourced within existing departmental budgetary allocations.
