Under the authority of the Prerogative of the Crown, section 9 of the Executive Council Act and section 5 of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint David Gale as Deputy Minister of the Public Service Secretariat in Executive Council and Deputy Secretary to Treasury Board, effective May 16, 2005, with a position description to be forwarded for classification review and salary to be determined in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016, with Mr. Gale not to receive less than his current salary
