Under the authority of the Prerogative of the Crown, section 9 of the Executive Council Act and section 5 of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Terry Paddon as Deputy Minister of Finance and Secretary to Treasury Board, effective May 16, 2005, with a position description to be forwarded for classification review and salary to be determined in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016, with Mr. Paddon not to receive less than his current salary.
