Under the authority of section 15 of “An Act to Revise the Law Respecting Smoking in Public Places and the Workplace,” SNL 2005, c. S-16.2, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to cause a proclamation to be issued for the signature of His Honour the Lieutenant Governor to bring the Act into force on July 1, 2005
