Smoke-free Environment Act
Under the authority of section 11 of the Smoke-free Environment Act, 2005, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased
to make the Smoke-free Environment Regulations, 2005, a copy of which are on file with the Clerk of the Executive
Council, to come into force at the same time the Act is proclaimed.
