Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Business to pre-commit up to $100,000 in each of the fiscal years 2006-07, 2007-08 and 2008-09, to facilitate the awarding of a contract to Target Marketing and Communications Inc. as Brand Strategy Agency of Record for a three year period.
