Hydro Corporation Act
Under the authority of subsections 5(2), 6(1) and 6(5) of the Hydro Corporation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in
Council is pleased to appoint Ed Martin as a member and President of the Board of Directors of the Newfoundland and
Labrador Hydro-Electric Corporation, effective from a current date.
