Under the authority of section 4 of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in council is pleased to reappoint/appoint the following persons to the board of directors of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Commission, effective immediately:
 Reappointments
a) Mr. Greg Pretty (Worker Representative – Newfoundland and Labrador Federation of Labour), for a term of three years;
b) Mr. Grant Barnes (Worker Representative), for a term of three years;
c) Ms. Elizabeth Forward (Public Representative), for a term of three years;
 Appointments
d) Mr. Gregory Viscount (Employer Representative – Newfoundland and Labrador Employers’ Council), for a term of three years;
e) Ms. Madonna Stamp (Public Representative – Injured Workers), for a term of three years;
f) Ms. Dawn Learning (Worker Representative), for a term of two years; and
g) Mr. John Peddle (Employer Representative), for a term of two years.
