Under the authority of section 4 of the Registered Nurses (Amendment) Act, 2008, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to cause a proclamation to be issued for the signature of Her Honour the Lieutenant Governor to proclaim the Registered Nurses (Amendment) Act, 2008 into force upon publication of the proclamation Order.
