Under the authority of section 3 of the Social Workers (Amendment) Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to cause a proclamation to be issued for the signature of Her Honour the Lieutenant Governor to proclaim the Social Workers (Amendment) Act into force on January 1, 2020.
