Under the authority of section 40 of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a Crown land grant comprising of an area of 1400m², situated at Cormack Drive, Clarenville, to Mr. Robert May for the purpose of a residence, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable to such grants.
