Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Education to pre-commit funding of $5,000,000 and $400,000 against its 2006-2007 and 2007-2008 budgetary appropriations respectively to facilitate the construction of the new facility for grades 7-12 at Mobile.
