Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to move that His Honour the Lieutenant Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province, appoint Mr. Vaughn Granter to the Executive Council of the Province as Minister of Environment and Conservation, Minister Responsible for the Multi-Materials Stewardship Board, Minister Responsible for the Office of Climate Change and Energy Efficiency, and Minister Responsible for the Labour Relations Agency, with effect from July 17, 2014.
