Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 8(1)(c) of the Labrador Transportation Initiative Fund Act and further to the authority provided in MC2005-0281, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Labrador Transportation Initiative Fund Board to approve that an additional $750,000 be paid out of the Labrador Transportation Initiative Fund for the Chateau Pond Depot, with the project budget to be increased from $750,000 to $1,500,000.
