Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funds of $1,050,000 against its Trans Labrador Highway budgetary appropriations for fiscal year 2006-07 to provide for the award of a contract for the construction of the new Chateau Pond Depot on the Trans Labrador Highway.
