Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby authorizes the Department of Natural Resources to pre-commit funding of $10.0 million, $8.0 million and $3.6 million against its 2005-06, 2006-07 and 2007-08 appropriations respectively, for the purpose of entering into agreements with agricultural producers, associations and other entities under the Federal/Provincial Agricultural Policy Framework Implementation Agreement for projects in fiscal years April 1, 2005 to March, 31, 2008.
