Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Chris Kieley as the Assistant Deputy Minister - Energy Resources Management in the Department of Natural Resources, effective February 8, 2005, at his current salary and point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan.
