Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby authorizes the Department of Tourism, Culture and Recreation to pre-commit funding up to $1,000,000 against its 2005-06 appropriations for the purposes of tourism advertising in the fiscal year 2005-06.
