Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Robert Smart as the Deputy Minister of the Department of Transportation and Works, effective February 23, 2005, in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016.
