Under the authority of section 5(2) of the Hydro Corporation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Gerald Shortall to the Board of Directors of the Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro-Electric Corporation, effective immediately to December 31, 2007.
