Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Sandra Barnes as Deputy Clerk of the Executive Council and Associate Secretary to Cabinet, effective August 2, 2005, at a level to be determined on the 2136 Point Scale on the Executive Compensation Plan in accordance with the Executive Compensation Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016.
