Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Paul Carter as Executive Director, Department of Natural Resources, Labrador West, effective September 6, 2005, at Step 27 on the 1222 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan.
