Under the authority of section 4(5) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the leasing of 3,771 square feet of office space at $16.50 per square foot, 1,051 square feet of office space at $17.00 per square foot and 150 square feet of storage space at $6.00 per square foot in the Beothuck Building, St. John’s, from Beothuck Investments Inc. for the Multi-Materials Stewardship Board under the existing terms and conditions and rental rates on a month to month basis to October 31, 2006.
