Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, and further to the recent amendment to TBM2005-169, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funding of $225,000 against departmental appropriations for each of the fiscal years 2006-07 and 2007-08 to operate the Road Weather Information System.

OC2005-340 is hereby rescinded.
