Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Education to pre-commit funding in the amount of $1,500,000 against its 2006/07 budgetary appropriations to facilitate completion of the extension and renovations to the Leary’s Brook Junior High School.
