Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Lynn Vivian-Book as Assistant Deputy Minister –  Public Health, Wellness, and Children and Youth Services in the Department of Health and Community Services effective July 13, 2005, with a position description to be forwarded the Public Service Secretariat and salary to be determined in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016, with Ms. Vivian-Book not to receive less than her current salary.
