Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of sections 3 and 4 of the Financial Services Appeal Board Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following persons to the Financial Services Appeal Board for a period of three years:

 i)  James Smyth – Chairperson;

ii)  Erin Breen;

iii)  Kevin McCarthy;

 iv) Wayne Lee; and

v)  Peggy Roche.
