Under the authority of section 3 of “An Act to Repeal the Literacy Development Council Act,” the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to cause a proclamation to be issued for the signature of His Honour the Lieutenant Governor to bring the Act into force upon publication in the Newfoundland and Labrador Gazette.
