Under the authority of section 23 of the Lobbyist Registration Act and section 8 of the Interpretation Act and under the Great Seal, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint LeeAnn L. Montgomery as the part-time Commissioner of Lobbyists, effective from a current date, in accordance with the Cabinet Submission and the contract to be prepared and filed with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
