Under the authority of section 3 of the Legal Aid Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to reappoint/appoint the following individuals to the Newfoundland Legal Aid Commission effective from a current date for a two year term:

Reappointment

  i)  Nicholas J. Avis, QC – Chairperson;

Appointments

 ii)  Krista L. Gillam;

iii)  Marina C. Whitten;

 iv)  John Jenniex; and

v)  Mary Adams.
