Under the authority of section 5 of the Public Service Commission Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ed Walsh as Member and Chairperson of the Newfoundland and Labrador Public Service Commission, effective from a current date, at Step 13 of the 1988 point scale of the Executive Compensation Plan, on a personal basis.
