Under the authority of sections 10 and 11 of the Executive Council Act and section 7 of the Intergovernmental Affairs Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Municipal and Provincial Affairs and the Minister for Intergovernmental Affairs to execute an amended Canada-Newfoundland Infrastructure Program Agreement to change the required date to have all funds committed from June 30, 2005 to June 30, 2006 and to change the required date to have all funds expended from March 31, 2007 to March 31, 2008.
