Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Chris Kieley to the position of Associate Deputy Minister – Energy in the Department of Natural Resources, effective immediately, with salary to be determined.
