Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby discontinues the appointment of Allan Masters as Chief Executive Officer, Forestry Services, in the Department of Natural Resources, effective immediately, with Mr. Masters to receive termination benefits in accordance with the Executive Compensation Pay Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016, with the following exception:  severance benefits (if any) are not to be deducted from other termination benefits.
