Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Len Moores as Chief Executive Officer, Forestry Services (Acting), in the Department of Natural Resources, effective immediately, with salary to be determined in accordance with the Executive Compensation Pay Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016.
