Under the authority of section 16 of the Student Financial Assistance Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to make the Regulations entitled “Student Financial Assistance Regulations (Amendment),” a copy of which are on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council. OC2005-452 is hereby rescinded.
