Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ron Bowles as Assistant Deputy Minister – Labrador Affairs in the Department of Labrador and Aboriginal Affairs, effective October 31, 2005, at a step on the 1510 point scale to be determined in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016.
