Under the authority of section 55 of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to convey under terms and conditions and at a price acceptable to the Minister, to Atlantic Minerals Limited or assigns, a parcel of vacant land near Murphy=s Square in Corner Brook, referenced as Parcel 2 and measuring 0.133 hectares, which parcel of land is identified in the survey plan and description attached in Annex “B” of the Minister’s Submission on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
