Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province, to appoint Jack Byrne to the Executive Council of the Province as the Minister of Municipal Affairs with Responsibility for Emergency Preparedness and Registrar General, effective from a current date.
