Under the authority of section 7(2)(c) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the issuance of a Grant of Crown land not exceeding 250 square meters situated at John Newhook’s Pond, Trinity Bay, in the Electoral District of Bellevue to the Town of Norman’s Cove-Long Cove, subject to the normal terms and conditions of such grants.
