The Lands Act
Under the authority of section 7 of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the issuance of a Grant of Crown land not exceeding 0.06 hectares situated at Muddy Hole, Burgeo in the Electoral District of Burgeo and LaPoile to Gordon Hann subject to the normal terms and conditions of such grants.
