Under the authority of section 10(1) of the College Act, 1996 and section 21 of the Interpretation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby removes the following individuals from the Board of Governors of the College of the North Atlantic effective immediately:

  i)   Michael Tobin;

  ii)   Len Winsor;

 iii)   Susan Adams;

  iv)  Edward Delaney;

   v)  Dr. Audrey Manning;

  vi)  Stanley Sparkes;

 vii)  Gunther Baumgartner;

 viii)  Gary Reardon;

  ix)   Juliet Crosbie;

   x)   Jenny Lyall; and

  xi)   Robert J. Mercer.
