Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize a pre-commitment of funds for the Department of Transportation and Works against its 2006-07 budgetary appropriations totalling $10.0 million for carry over projects for the Provincial Roads Program.
