Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize a pre-commitment of funds for the Department of Transportation and Works against its 2006-07 budgetary appropriations totalling $4.2 million for carry over projects under the Canada Strategic Infrastructure Program.
