Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funds of $765,000 against its budgetary appropriations in fiscal years 2006-07 and 2007-08, and $575,000 against its budgetary appropriations in 2008-09 for the Gaultois/McCallum - Hermitage Ferry Service.
