Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to move that His Honour the Lieutenant Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province, appoint Tom Rideout to the Executive Council of the Province as the Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture, Minister Responsible for Aboriginal Affairs and Deputy Premier, with effect from November 8, 2005.
