Under the authority of section 21 of the Interpretation Act and section 4 of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby removes Joan Cleary from the position of Chair of the Board of Directors of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Commission, effective from a current date.
