Under the authority of section 4 of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint E. Ralph Tucker as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Commission, effective from a current date, with remuneration at Level III of the Treasury Board Guidelines for Rates of Remuneration for Boards, Commissions and Agencies.
